    hopper, that’s a lovely photo of Hyacinthoides non-scripta. We Yanks simply co-opted the term for the Virgina bluebell, Mertensia virginica.
    Sue, if the ruby-throats are back and sucking on those columbines, then spring has certainly sprung in the North Country.
