Dear Western Union: You’re a suck company, and millions hang on my every word

Dear Western Union,
Well, you’ve long charged people an exorbitant chunk of change for your services, which, fortunately, I rarely need. Now you’ve decided that a thorough interrogation is necessary before you allow anyone to use those selfsame shitty services. I have no idea why, but this morning, someone who was merely trying to pay back a debt attempted to use you to send me some money, and you wouldn’t let this homeowner with A-1 credit complete the transaction because she couldn’t remember who provided her first auto loan seven years ago. What the fuck is that about? I bet none of you can even remember your own bastard children’s names.
Next time, I’ll go through the mafia. The interest rate is more favorable, the customer service more cheerful, and the suits nicer. And your yellow-and-black bumblebee-style logo blows balls. If you’re not going to operate a business worth a damn, the least you could do is present yourself in a way that doesn’t scream BIOHAZARD.
I suspect that in the age of the Web and PayPal, you are a withering dinosaur lumbering about on its last wrinkled and failing legs. At least I hope so. My holiday wish is for you and yours to wind up in the cold streets stripped of everything you have. If I see you on my travels I’ll toss you a candy cane from four years ago–theyre good once you manage to peel the plastic from the confectionery.
Sincerely,
Anonymous

I couldn’t have said it better. Its like these bozos hate doing business with their customers. I think the PayPal method is the best, quick, safe and straight forward.

it’s worse. In a fit of fear of ‘money laundering’ after 911, the government laid horrendous identity requirements on money services to make sure that every dollar was traceable.
